4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across India. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

• Devbhoomiwala is not liable for delays once the order is handed over to the delivery partner.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the perishable nature of sweets and food items, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
• Refunds will only be issued in cases of wrong, damaged, or defective products, provided you notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
• Cancellation requests can be accepted before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
